Shipping Policy

Ola Rose Hair Wellness offers premium, handcrafted hair and wellness products designed for discerning clients. We aim to deliver your order with care, precision, and speed.

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Custom and made-to-order items (such as SolarLocs™, CrownFill Hybrid System™, and luxury wigs/extensions) may require up to 14–21 business days before shipment.

• Shipping Methods: We use trusted carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) with tracking provided once your order is dispatched.

• Domestic Shipping: Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days after processing. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. (Excluded: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam).

• International Shipping: No International Shipping.

• Delivery Issues: Ola Rose Hair Wellness is not liable for delays caused by carriers or weather, but we will assist in tracking and resolving shipment concerns.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our luxury, custom-crafted hair systems and wellness products, all sales are final to ensure the highest hygiene and quality standards.

• Non-Returnable Items: Hair systems, wigs, extensions, scalp care tools, and any opened wellness products.

• Custom Orders: All made-to-measure and bespoke creations are non-refundable once production has begun.

• Exceptions: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 2 business days of delivery at olarosehairwellness@gmail.com. We will review the issue and offer a replacement or store credit if applicable.

• Return Authorization: Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Please email us before returning any item.
