Payments
We understand plans change - however, refunds are only available within 48 hours of booking certain services, please read below. After that time, all payments are final, however you may reschedule up to two times. If I have to reschedule the date of your appointment due to an emergency on my part, you will receive a 100% refund.
All consultation appointments 100% due on the day before the consultation and are non-refundable unless cancelled within 48 hours of making the appointment.
While there are no late fees, arriving late may result in abbreviated or cancelled services.
We are proudly New York State Licensed in Natural Hair Care.
All establishment services require a non-refundable and non-transferable booking fee. To protect this time and honor your investment, these services require a 7 day cancellation window. You may reschedule your establishment up to two times. Then after the third time, you will lose your booking fee completely.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure all establishment appointments. The remaining balance is due in Zelle or Cash before services begin on the day of your appointment. No exceptions.
We provide private spaces for those with alopecia or wear Hijab.
Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, Zelle or Bank Transfer which must be cleared. Stablecoin payment for select services. Supported coins include USDC and USDT. Please contact us directly for wallet details to confirm your transaction. We can assist you with opening a wallet and paying with Stablecoin.

Bephor products: our flagship no-rinse shampoo cleansing pads and toner, are refundable within 14 days if the order is made via mail delivery service. However, the refund is only available if the products were unsealed or damaged and you must send proof via photos or videos within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Clients seeking: Permanent Micro-Interlocks Extensions Installation (Loose Natural Hair); Large Interlocks; Tinylocs/Micro-Interlocks Establishments (Loose Natural hair no extensions); Transitioning from Traditional Locs to Tinylocs/Micro-Interlocks, Temporary/Permanent Micro-interlocks Extensions on already loc’d hair; Adding Micro-Interlocks Extensions to uneven Microloc’d hair; Assessments due to broken microlocs showing signs of alopecia; Training your friends/family how to retie your hair; Those who travelled to Africa or the Caribbean to get microlocs and need repairs and assessment; overdue need an emergency retie/repairs. For those seeking establishments for a consultation send a photo of your natural hair without any extensions showing me a clear photo of your frontal hairline, crown, nape and sides which will provide a good baseline for your virtual consultation. Please have your hair in its natural state with no extensions, wigs or weaves and your hair should be at least four inches. We will discuss your Tinylocs/Micro-Interlocks vision, lifestyle hair characteristics and sizing, questions you have and I will educate you on the process, discuss pricing which is dependent upon many factors, how many days you may need to book and what extras are involved in the service package.
For all other services, I will give you a list of how to prepare for the virtual consultation.
For clients who would like to have micro-interlock extensions added; transition from traditional locs to microlocs/tinylocs; overdue or have serious concerns with previous breakage; you will need to come in person.
Note: I cannot give you a price over the phone when it comes to establishments and micro-interlocks extensions, you will need to book a consultation because everyone’s hair, density, length and condition will vary.
