Payments
We understand plans change - however, refunds are only available within 24 hours of booking. After that time, all payments are final.
All consultation appointments require a 50% booking fee which is non-refundable after 24 hours.
I work by appointment only.
While there are no late fees, arriving late may result in abbreviated or cancelled services.
We are proudly New York State Licensed in Natural Hair Care.
All installation and establishment services require a non-refundable and non-transferable booking fee. To protect this time and honor your investment, these services require a 7 day cancellation window.
A non-refundable deposit of 60% is required to secure all installation & establishment appointments. The remaining balance is due in cash before services begin on the day of your appointment. No exceptions.
If you are traveling from out of state or another country let us know how we can help with travel, accommodations and pick up.
We provide private spaces for those with alopecia or wear Hijab.
Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, Zelle or Bank Transfer which must be cleared. Stablecoin payment for select services. Supported coins include USDC and USDT. Please contact us directly for wallet details to confirm your transaction. We assist you with opening a wallet and paying with Stablecoin.
All bespoke custom handmade, 100% human hair micro-interlocks extensions and wigs products and bulk human hair are ALL SALES FINAL. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions before making a purchase. We will only provide a refund if the mistake was made on our part.
Due to the high volume of clientele, we do not provide on-going retie maintenance. We focus mainly on dual expedited establishments and other services listed on the menu.
Bephor products: our flagship no-rinse shampoo and scalp hygiene products, are refundable within 14 days if the order is made via mail delivery service. However, the refund is only available if the products were unsealed or damaged and you must send proof via photos or videos within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Services Policy
Consultations for Microlocs, Sisterlocks, Micro-interlocks, Tinylocs or Micro-Interlocs Extensions Establishments/Installations/Solarlocs™ Establishments:
While, I’d love to answer all of your individual questions, to respect each other’s time, I ask that you book a consultation in order to get all of your answers as I have to see your hair in person or virtual (clear photos are needed). I am unable to spend more than five minutes answering your questions as I have to give my attention to clients who are paying for their services or tend to other aspects of this business.
• Consultations: Virtual or In Person
Before your Consultation, session send me a photo of your natural hair without any extensions showing me a clear photo of your frontal hairline, crown, nape and sides which will provide a good baseline for your consultation. For your virtual consultation please have your hair in its natural state with no extensions, wigs or weaves and your hair should be at least four inches. We will discuss your microlocs vision, lifestyle hair characteristics and sizing, questions you have and I will educate you on the process, discuss pricing which is dependent upon many factors, how many days you may need to book and what extras are involved in the service package. $150.00 (Zelle)
• Expect all consultations to last for about 45 to 60 minutes
All new clients: consultations are complementary when you book a service
All clients are required to sign a liability waiver and confirm they have read and understood our service policies. OlaRose Hair Wellness is not responsible for any hair loss, breakage or adverse outcomes especially if you have prior medical conditions or if aftercare guidance and professional recommendations to help you maintain healthy hair and scalp are not adhered.
SERVICES POLICY:
All new clients require a mandatory booking fee. A booking fee from Zelle is required to book my time and preparation for your service. The booking fee will be applied to your total service price.
