Payments

We understand plans change - however, refunds are only available within 48 hours of booking certain services, please read below. After that time, all payments are final, however you may reschedule up to two times. If I have to reschedule the date of your appointment due to an emergency on my part, you will receive a 100% refund.

All consultation appointments 100% due on the day before the consultation and are non-refundable unless cancelled within 48 hours of making the appointment.

While there are no late fees, arriving late may result in abbreviated or cancelled services.

All establishment services require a non-refundable and non-transferable booking fee. To protect this time and honor your investment, these services require a 7 day cancellation window.‍ ‍You may reschedule your establishment up to two times. Then after the third time, you will lose your booking fee completely.

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure all establishment appointments. The remaining balance is due in Zelle or Cash before services begin on the day of your appointment. No exceptions.

We provide private spaces for those with alopecia or wear Hijab.

Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, Zelle or Bank Transfer which must be cleared. Stablecoin payment for select services. Supported coins include USDC and USDT. Please contact us directly for wallet details to confirm your transaction. We can assist you with opening a wallet and paying with Stablecoin.
