Payments

We understand plans change - however, refunds are only available within 48 hours of booking. After that time, all payments are final, however you may reschedule. If I have to reschedule the date of your appointment, you will receive a 100% refund.

All consultation appointments require a 100% booking fee which is non-refundable after 48 hours.

While there are no late fees, arriving late may result in abbreviated or cancelled services.

We are proudly New York State Licensed in Natural Hair Care.

All establishment services require a non-refundable and non-transferable booking fee. To protect this time and honor your investment, these services require a 7 day cancellation window.

A non-refundable deposit of 60% is required to secure all establishment appointments. The remaining balance is due in cash before services begin on the day of your appointment. No exceptions.

We provide private spaces for those with alopecia or wear Hijab.

Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, Zelle or Bank Transfer which must be cleared. Stablecoin payment for select services. Supported coins include USDC and USDT. Please contact us directly for wallet details to confirm your transaction. We can assist you with opening a wallet and paying with Stablecoin.

Bephor products: our flagship no-rinse shampoo cleansing pads and toner, are refundable within 14 days if the order is made via mail delivery service. However, the refund is only available if the products were unsealed or damaged and you must send proof via photos or videos within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Clients seeking: Strengthening Anti Traction Alopecia Protocols before or after their protective styles; Interloc’d hair at the roots and then styled; Establishments; Temporary Micro-interlocks Extensions on already loc’d hair; Assessments due to broken microlocs showing signs of alopecia; Those who need support with emergency retie/repairs with DYI microlocs they or someone who is not a loctician has established; Those who travelled to Africa or the Caribbean to get microlocs and need support with a emergency retie/repairs; overdue need an emergency retie/repairs; Those who would like virtual self-retie support or learn how to do self-retie.

For those seeking establishments for a consultation send a photo of your natural hair without any extensions showing me a clear photo of your frontal hairline, crown, nape and sides which will provide a good baseline for your virtual consultation. Please have your hair in its natural state with no extensions, wigs or weaves and your hair should be at least four inches. We will discuss your microlocs vision, lifestyle hair characteristics and sizing, questions you have and I will educate you on the process, discuss pricing which is dependent upon many factors, how many days you may need to book and what extras are involved in the service package.

For all other services, I will give you a list of how to prepare for the virtual consultation as well as answering an intake form.
