Please carefully review the terms and conditions before reserving your appointment.

Payments

We understand plans change - however, refunds are only available within 24 hours of booking. After that time, all payments are final.

All appointments require a 50% booking fee which is non-refundable.

I offer services in a serene home suite and select mobile appointments for added convenience. All mobile appointments will require an extra travel fee of $85-175 (per day) to cover my roundtrip fare to bring equipment & tools.

I work by appointment only.

While there are no late fees, arriving late may result in abbreviated or cancelled services.

Due to last minute cancellations that happen frequently, I no longer honor last minute appointments or last minute appointments on my days off.

All installation and establishment services require a non-refundable and non-transferable booking fee. To protect this time and honor your investment, these services require a 7 day cancellation window.

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure all installation & establishment appointments. The remaining balance is due before services begin on the day of your appointment. No exceptions.

If you are traveling from out of state or another country let us know how we can help with travel, accommodations and pick up.

We provide private spaces for those with alopecia or wear Hijab.

Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, Zelle or Bank Transfer which must be cleared. Stablecoin payment for select services. Supported coins include USDC and USDT. Please contact us directly for wallet details to confirm your transaction. We assist you with opening a wallet and paying with Stablecoin.

All bespoke custom handmade, 100% human hair micro-interlocks extensions and wigs products and bulk human are ALL SALES FINAL. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions before making a purchase. We will only provide a refund if the mistake was made on our part. Please contact us for a personal quote & virtual consultation.

Due to the high volume of clientele, we do not provide on-going retie maintenance unless you are an out of state or international client. We focus mainly on establishments with exclusive packages including an express package for those who prefer an expedited service.

We can put your name on our waitlist and also find other local locticians that we trust to support your maintenance after your Establishment/Installation.

We do provide overdue, emergency, reconstructive, major, corrections of DYI repairs for guests at an hourly rate. Call us to inquire.

Services Policy

Consultations for Microlocs, Sisterlocks, Micro-interlocks, Tinylocs or Micro-Interlocs Extensions Establishments/Installations/Solarlocs™ Establishments:

• Consultations: Virtual or In Person

Before your Consultation, session send me a photo of your natural hair without any extensions showing me a clear photo of your frontal hairline, crown, nape and sides which will provide a good baseline for your consultation. For your virtual consultation please have your hair in its natural state with no extensions, wigs or weaves and your hair should be at least four inches. We will discuss your microlocs vision, lifestyle hair characteristics and sizing, questions you have and I will educate you on the process, discuss pricing which is dependent upon many factors, how many days you may need to book and what extras are involved in the service package. $180.00 (Zelle)

• Expect all consultations to last for about 45 to 60 minutes

All Other Hair Consultations for new clients: Natural Loose Hair (to discuss alopecia and restorative solutions); Natural Loose Hair Clients (who want hybrid invisible braids); Microlocs Repairs/Overdue/Assessments will also require a virtual and in person consultation. $180.00

In Person Consultations and Same Day Service: For new clients who want styling and/or treatments only. Consultation: $50.00

All clients are required to sign a liability waiver and confirm they have read and understood our service policies. OlaRose Hair Wellness is not responsible for any hair loss, breakage or adverse outcomes especially if you have prior medical conditions or if aftercare guidance and professional recommendations to help you maintain healthy hair and scalp are not adhered.

SERVICES POLICY:

  • All new clients require a mandatory booking fee. A booking fee from Zelle is required to book my time and preparation for your service. The booking fee will be applied to your total service price.

  • Microlocs/Sisterlocks Clients: Overdue/Major Repairs (holes, bunching, reconstruction, knots, slippage): Includes therapy wash service: $150 per hour

  • Minor Repairs: $125 per hour/includes therapy wash

  • Emergency Retie/Off Hours: $150 per hour/includes therapy wash

  • Perimeter Reconstruction only (if you are needing to go to a special occasion: Sides and Nape: $650.00/includes therapy wash (4 hours)

    ALL OTHER NON-HAIR RELATED SERVICES:

  • Will require a virtual consultation $50.00 (except for buying loose hair or micro-interlocs extensions which is a complimentary consulatation)

  • All clients are required to sign a liability waiver
