Specialized Microloc Establishments & Extension Installations

The Ola Rose Microlocs Installation Lab is our specialized approach to complex, time-intensive microloc services. Selected establishments and extension installations may be performed through a coordinated team approach, with licensed natural hair and certified locticians professionals working together under the direction of Ola Rose Hair Wellness. This model allows us to complete extensive microloc work more efficiently while maintaining careful attention to sizing, consistency, technique and the overall design of the establishment. This will enable us to finish your hair efficiently especially for those professionals who can’t spare a lot of days. You tell us how many days you can realistically spend (It can’t be less than 3 days for complex and smaller extensions) and we will come up with a plan and tell you if that is possible. We also do custom grids for women with fine, less dense, thin or damaged hair.

• Consultations

• Micro-Interlocs: Tinylocs® (Micro-Interlocs/No Extensions Added, establishments using the client’s own natural hair) Follow-up Wash/Retie included

• Microlocs Two Strand Twists: (produces a microloc that looks more like traditional locs, best recommended for clients with thick/coarse hair). Follow up Wash/Retie included

• Micro-interlocs extensions: Micro-interloc extensions are becoming increasingly popular to give length or color, however not many people have been trained on how to do them properly. Micro-Interloc extensions are not started with a braid or twist method. We provide handcrafted micro-interlocs extensions. Follow-up Retie included

• High-density and high-count establishments

• Custom sizing and establishment planning

• Complex and extended extensions for those who have fine hair, straighter hair patterns, heat damaged areas that require coverage, those who need extensions for repair purposes.

Every client begins with an Ola Rose consultation and individualized service plan. The number of practitioners assigned to an installation is determined by the scope and complexity of the service. We can either travel to you or you can come to one of our spots in Queens.

Continued Microloc Care

Following establishment, clients may also have access to ongoing maintenance through our network of qualified microloc professionals, including convenient mobile retie services performed at the client's location. Ola Rose remains available for specialized maintenance, assessments, corrections and advanced microloc care.
