Ola Beauty and Hair Wellness Expert

Meet Ola, Beauty & Hair Wellness Strategist

Today, our work has evolved into something deeper — educating our clientele about hair loss. We don’t want black women having to spend their money on expensive and painful shots at the dermatologist when they can break the cycle now. Traction alopecia is an epidemic amongst black women and it can happen to anyone. Micro-Interlocks are all the rage now, and while you don’t need to have perfect hair to get this permanent hairstyle, you do need to understand some basic fundamentals.

I believe that not everyone will have a perfect grid or perfect edges going into their establishments, in fact most women will not. Those perfect curated pictures on IG, forget them especially if you have frizzy, fine, thin, stressed out hair cuticles.

Every client begins with a diagnostic consultation that maps the scalp and identifies stress zones. We won’t establish any micro-interlocs/sl/tinylocs on hair that has signs of serious hair loss and needs to be check out by a dermatologist specialized in black hair loss.

Our goal is not to only to establish micro-interlocks and/or micro-interlocks extensions, but to protect what sustains it.

Ola Rose Hair Wellness stands for one idea: integrity over image.

She has also invested in her career through other microlocs and loc courses since 2021 and is known for her speedy reties that do not cut corners and also for putting hair health over a photo-op. For anyone interested in the difference between Tinylocs® and Sisterlocks™, these are both trademarks of the same technique called Micro-Interlocks inspired by ancient loc hairstyles in Africa.

Book your consultation today and meet Ola who will introduce you to an upgraded hair, beauty and wellness experience.
